Profile Settings

Configure your account defaults, dashboard baseline preferences, and billing access points.

Use Profile Settings as your control center for default behavior across the product.

Your dashboard defaults here are used to build your Favorites baseline in Remittance Data.

What this page controls

Profile Settings includes four main sections:

  1. Profile: company/profile name, contact email, timezone, display currency, logo URL.
  2. Billing: current plan, billing status, renewal date, upgrade/portal actions.
  3. Security: password reset entry point.
  4. Dashboard Preferences: default countries, providers, methods, amounts, date range days, and currency mode.

Configure dashboard defaults (required baseline)

To save dashboard preferences, these fields must be set:

  1. Default Country From
  2. Default Country To
  3. Default Providers
  4. Default Deposit Methods
  5. Default Payout Methods
  6. Default Amounts

If any of these are missing, save is blocked until completed.

Dependency behavior inside defaults

Dashboard defaults are dependency-aware, like the main filters:

  1. Amount options depend on selected countries and date window.
  2. Changing country pair can remove previously selected amounts.
  3. Destination/source options are tier-filtered where relevant.
  4. Country From is single-select behavior.

If an amount becomes invalid after country/date changes, it is removed from selected defaults.

Default date range and currency mode

You can set:

  1. Default Date Range (Days): initial lookback window in days.
  2. Default Currency Display: auto, usd, or local.

Date range days are constrained by your tier max range.

Save vs Reset behavior

Buttons at the bottom have different roles:

  1. Save Profile writes your current profile form state to the backend.
  2. Reset restores the form to the last loaded/saved profile snapshot.

Reset does not wipe your account data server-side; it reverts unsaved local edits.

Tier availability and limitations

TierAvailabilityKey limits in this page
FreeAvailableDate range and option lists are constrained by Free-tier limits.
StandardAvailableBroader default option coverage and longer max date window.
AdvancedAvailableFull default option coverage with extended historical range.
EnterpriseAvailableFull default option coverage and unlimited date range window.

If defaults were invalidated after a plan change

After a tier downgrade, some existing defaults can become invalid. In that case:

  1. You are prompted to update defaults.
  2. Remove unsupported values.
  3. Save Profile again.

This is expected behavior when your plan no longer includes prior options.
