Export Failures

Fix common CSV export issues, including missing buttons, blocked downloads, and incomplete files.

If CSV export is not working as expected, use this page to identify the exact failure and fix it quickly.

Make sure your table already shows rows for the scenario you want. Export uses your current applied table state.

Quick checks first

  1. Confirm you can see rows in the table.
  2. Confirm your plan includes CSV export.
  3. Click Apply after filter changes before exporting.
  4. Keep the tab open until export finishes.
  5. If export is very large, reduce date range and provider count, then retry.

Understand what export includes

Export follows your current table state:

  1. Current applied filters.
  2. Current sorting.
  3. Current visible selected columns.

If any of these are not what you want, adjust them first, then export.

Missing or disabled export button

Two common cases:

  1. Plan restriction: Free plan does not include CSV export.
  2. No exportable rows yet: table has zero rows or is still loading.

If button visibility/availability is the issue, confirm your plan and make sure the table has loaded data.

Browser download blocking

If export appears to run but no file is downloaded, your browser may be blocking the download process.

Try:

  1. Enable downloads for your app domain (for example, app.your-company.com).
  2. Temporarily disable strict popup/download blocking for this site.
  3. Retry from a fresh tab.

Incomplete or unexpectedly small CSV

When filters are very broad, exporting can take longer. If the full fetch does not complete, the file can be smaller than expected.

Practical recovery:

  1. Reduce date range.
  2. Export one corridor/provider set at a time.
  3. Apply filters again, then immediately export.
  4. Repeat in smaller batches if needed.

If export still fails

Share this with support so the issue can be reproduced:

  1. Plan tier.
  2. Exact filters (countries, providers, methods, amount, date range).
  3. Whether the table had rows before export.
  4. Whether no file downloaded or file was incomplete.
  5. Approximate time of the attempt.
