Login and Reset Issues

Fix common sign-in, email verification, and password reset problems.

Use this page when you cannot sign in, are blocked by verification, or cannot complete password reset.

If sign-in fails, start with Forgot Password, then complete Reset Password and sign in again at Login.

Quick checks first

  1. Confirm you are using the same email you signed up with.
  2. Re-type password carefully (watch case and extra spaces).
  3. If unsure, reset password using a fresh verification code.
  4. Keep browser cookies enabled for your app domain.

Email verification problems

If sign-in tells you to verify your email, you must complete verification before login is allowed.

What to do:

  1. Return to the verification step in signup flow.
  2. Enter the verification code from your email.
  3. If needed, resend and use the newest code.
  4. Try sign-in again after verification.

If you cannot reach the verification step anymore, contact support with your signup email.

Password reset code problems

Reset flow requires all three fields:

  1. Email
  2. Verification code
  3. New password

Important behavior:

  1. The app trims spaces from the code, but you should still paste it carefully.
  2. Use the newest code if you requested multiple times.
  3. If reset fails, request a fresh code and retry immediately.

After reset: still cannot sign in

Try this exact order:

  1. Open Login in a fresh tab.
  2. Sign in with the same email and the new password.
  3. If it still fails, run one more reset from Forgot Password.
  4. Clear cookies for the app domain and retry.

If issues continue

Share this with support so they can reproduce quickly:

  1. Email used for login/reset.
  2. Exact error message shown.
  3. Whether code email was received.
  4. Approximate time of your last attempt.
