2026-02-13 - 2026.02.13-help-reference

This entry adds a dedicated reference layer for both first-time readers and ongoing support workflows.

What's included

  1. New Glossary with plain-language definitions for workflow, filter, chart, table, and pricing terms.
  2. New Data Definitions page with field keys, metric definitions, and method slug mappings.
  3. Cross-links between reference, feature, and troubleshooting pages so users can move between concept and action quickly.

Why this matters

  1. New users can decode terms like MMR, markup, breakdown, and total transfer cost without guessing.
  2. Teams using AI-assisted content workflows now have clearer, consistent definitions in one place.
  3. Support conversations are faster because definitions and field meanings are standardized.

2026-02-13 - 2026.02.13-help-troubleshooting

This entry expands the Help Center with practical recovery flows for the most common blockers.

What's included

  1. Empty Results: step-by-step diagnosis for apply state, dependencies, tier limits, credits, and exclusions.
  2. Export Failures: fixes for missing export button, blocked downloads, slow/partial exports, and column mismatches.
  3. Login and Reset Issues: sign-in, email verification, and password reset recovery paths.

Why this matters

  1. You can resolve common issues directly from /help without waiting for support in many cases.
  2. Troubleshooting steps are aligned with actual app behavior (filters, credits, auth/session, tier limits).
  3. When support is needed, each page includes what information to share for faster resolution.

2026-02-13 - 2026.02.13-baseline

This first entry captures what is currently live as of February 13, 2026.

What's included

  1. Help Center structure under /help for onboarding, workflows, features, and account/billing.
  2. Dedicated feature documentation for filters, saved presets, chart builder, AI insights, and data table/export workflows.
  3. Account and billing documentation for profile defaults, plan upgrades, credits, and account security.

Important clarifications

  1. Apply and preset apply consume credits on credit-limited tiers.
  2. Chart/table controls do not consume credits; CSV export and each AI request do consume credits.
  3. AI chart explain supports up to 12 displayed series.
  4. Table export follows current applied filters, active sort state, and selected visible columns.

What this means for you

  1. If you're new, you now have a clearer first-use path.
  2. If you're already using the product, limits and billing/security steps are easier to find.
  3. You now have one central page to check updates before contacting support.

Notes for future entries

When adding a new release entry:

  1. Add it to the top of Release index.
  2. Use a unique release ID (YYYY.MM.DD-short-label).
  3. Include only changes people can actually notice in the product.
  4. Add links to affected guides so users can go deeper quickly.
