Filters

Understand every dashboard filter, field dependencies, and how Apply runs comparisons.

Filters define the exact transfer scenario you are comparing. Clear filter setup is the difference between a useful comparison and a misleading one.

Changing filter values does not run a query by itself. Results refresh when you click Apply (or apply a preset).

Filter fields at a glance

Use these fields together:

  • Country From: sender country.
  • Country To: receiver country.
  • Provider: services included in the comparison.
  • Deposit method: sender payment method.
  • Payout method: receiver payout method.
  • Amount: transfer amount for cost and receive calculations.
  • Date range: historical window used in table/chart analysis.

Dependency map

Filters are connected. Changing one field can refresh options in other fields.

Change you makeWhat updates next
Date rangeRefreshes available providers, countries, deposit methods, payout methods, and amounts.
Country From / Country ToRebuilds amount options for the selected corridor and date range.
Tier/plan contextCan restrict visible options and max date range.
Country pair changesCan switch currency display behavior (USD/Local) based on available currency context.

How saved presets use dependencies

When you apply a saved preset, the app runs the same dependency logic as manual filtering.

What this means in practice:

  1. Preset date range can refresh providers, countries, methods, and amounts.
  2. Preset corridor can change which amount values are valid.
  3. Tier restrictions can strip unsupported values from an older preset.
  4. If preset amount is missing, the app attempts to choose the smallest valid amount.
  5. If required values are still missing, you are prompted to update the preset before using it.

See Saved Filters for creation, edit, and delete workflows.

Date range cascade (important)

Date range is one of the highest-impact filters. When you change it, most option lists are recalculated from data available in that period.

Practical impact:

  1. Provider and method lists may shrink or expand.
  2. Amount options may change.
  3. Previously selected values can become invalid for that range.
  4. On tier-limited plans, ranges outside your limit can produce empty option states.

If you see a sudden option drop after changing dates, this is usually expected dependency behavior, not a bug.

Required fields before Apply

The apply flow requires all core comparison fields to be set. If one is missing, Apply remains disabled until the selection is complete.

In practice, make sure these are set:

  1. Country From
  2. Country To
  3. Provider
  4. Deposit method
  5. Payout method
  6. Amount
  1. Start with your Profile defaults.
  2. Confirm corridor (from/to countries).
  3. Select provider set and transfer methods.
  4. Choose amount and date range for the exact use case.
  5. Click Apply and review results.
  6. Adjust one variable at a time and apply again for a clean comparison loop.

Amount behavior

Amount is dependency-sensitive:

  1. Amount options are corridor/date dependent.
  2. If amount becomes empty after changes, the app tries to recover by selecting the smallest valid amount.
  3. If no valid amount exists, Apply is blocked until you choose a valid scenario.

Why options can be missing

If you cannot find an option you expect, the most common causes are:

  1. The option is outside your current tier limits.
  2. The option is not available for the selected date range/corridor.
  3. A preceding filter narrowed the downstream option list.

Troubleshooting quick checks

  1. Reduce date range and re-check options.
  2. Set Country From and Country To first, then choose methods/providers.
  3. Confirm your tier allows the selected range and options.
  4. Re-apply after changes so table/chart state matches current filters.

Tier availability and limitations

TierAvailabilityKey filter limitations
FreeAvailableLimited provider/country/method sets and up to 60-day date range.
StandardAvailableBroad option coverage and up to 90-day date range.
AdvancedAvailableFull option coverage with up to 180-day date range.
EnterpriseAvailableFull option coverage and unlimited date range.

Credits behavior

Clicking Apply uses 1 credit on credit-limited tiers. Applying a preset also uses 1 credit. Chart and table setting changes do not consume credits. CSV export and each AI request consume 1 credit each.
