Saved Filters let you reopen a complete dashboard setup in one click, so you do not need to rebuild the same filter and chart configuration each time.
Favorites is your default baseline from Profile settings.
Custom presets are additional named setups you create in Remittance Data.
A custom preset can store:
- Filters: country pair, providers, deposit/payout methods, amount(s), date range, currency mode.
- Chart setup: X-axis, Y-axis metrics, aggregations, and breakdown modes.
- Table setup: selected visible columns.
When you apply a preset, these parts are restored together so the page matches the saved use case.

Favorites is the baseline preset and is driven by your Profile > Dashboard Preferences.
Default values for new accounts:
- Country from:
GB - Country to:
US - Provider:
Wise - Deposit method:
bankTransfer - Payout method:
bankTransfer - Amount:
1000 - Date range: last
30 days - Currency mode:
auto
Behavior notes:
- Favorites acts like a stable baseline and is always used for reset/default flow.
- Editing Favorites from Remittance Data routes you to Profile Settings.
- Applying Favorites resets chart state to the default chart configuration.

- Open Remittance Data.
- Configure your scenario: filter values, chart setup, and table columns.
- Click Save as Preset.
- Enter a clear name, for example
UK to US - Weekly - Bank Transfer. - Save.
After save:
- The preset is written to your profile.
- The preset is applied immediately.
- Data refresh runs with the preset context.
- On credit-limited tiers, this apply action consumes 1 credit.

Preset apply is not just a visual switch. It re-runs the same dependency logic as manual filtering.
Important dependency effects:
- Date range can refresh available providers, countries, methods, and amounts.
- Country pair changes can rebuild valid amount options.
- Tier rules validate the preset and remove unsupported values.
- If amount is missing, the app attempts to select the smallest valid amount.
- If required fields are still missing, you get a prompt to edit and fix the preset.

For full dependency rules, see
Filters.
From the preset chip menu, choose Edit.
Editing supports:
- Filter updates.
- Chart configuration updates.
- Table column updates.
- Preset name updates.
When you save edits:
- The existing preset is updated in your profile.
- The updated preset is applied immediately.
Notes:
- Duplicate configurations are blocked (same setup cannot be saved under a different name).
- Editing Favorites is done via Profile, not the custom preset modal.
From the preset menu, choose Delete.
Deletion behavior:
- Requires confirmation.
- Removes the preset from your profile.
- Does not delete Favorites.
Preset save/apply includes protections:
- Required fields must be present: Country From, Country To, Provider, Deposit method, Payout method, Amount.
- Duplicate configuration detection prevents saving identical setups under another name.
- Tier validation removes unsupported filters/chart/table settings when necessary.
- Date range is constrained to tier limits.
- If required fields are missing during apply, you are prompted to update the preset.
